The stainless steel fusible insert was designed for ease of installation with all tube tees rather than expensive branch tees. All inserts are made of 316 SS. for maximum corrosion resistance with temperature melting ranges clearly marked on the tube.

Custom manifolds for numerous applications. This example is a low pressure aluminum manifold used in a military vehicle hydraulic system. Standard material is 316 SS.

Customer was having problems with the seats of their relief valve wire drawing and failing after only one cycle. IPT designed a new relief valve with a unique seat that no longer exhibits the previous problematic symptom.
