ENGINEERING SUPPORT
IPT engineers provide a complete range of engineering support services to meet the evolving requirements of highly engineered technologies. From product design to raw material selection and product specific process development, our engineers are dedicated to providing the best possible outcome for each customer application.
MACHINING
Our precision machining processes are designed to deliver the highest possible quality in the most efficient manner. By employing ISO Standards, Kaizan principles and product traceability into our processes, you are assured of receiving industry leading quality and reliability with every part we produce.
TESTING & QUALITY CONTROL
Our ISO-9001 certified total quality system, which includes leak and pressure testing, assures our customers are provided the highest quality product available. In addition, our facility is designed to perform unique testing requirements to meet customer specific application requirements.
ASSEMBLY/PACKAGING
As part of our total solution process IPT performs assembly and packaging to customer specification in preparation for distribution.
WAREHOUSING/DISTRIBUTION
Once all design, manufacturing, testing, assembly and packaging are completed IPT can warehouse and ship product directly to you the customer or to the end user in client packaging. Integrating client packaging and direct shipping as part of the IPT total solution process can often deliver significant client savings.
Manufacturing
Innovative Pressure Technologies’ modern 30,000 sq. ft. facility is located in the northeastern United States in Erie, PA, directly between Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Cleveland, Ohio, and Buffalo, New York. This location provides access to a multitude of industrial resources. Due to the company’s commitment to growth and efficiency, our entire plant has been systematically automated and utilizes the latest machining technologies. We employ the Kaizan method of lean manufacturing to optimize our manufacturing processes and reduce customer costs. Our facility has been ISO-9001 certified since 1995 and we guarantee the quality and reliability of all our products. IPT employs over 50 employees with more than 300+ man-years of experience in the design manufacture of precision machined products and finished assemblies.
